These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sphere (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private network for B2B technology marketers.

By joining or using Sphere, you agree to these Terms.

Membership

Sphere is a private, curated network. Membership is subject to approval and may be granted, declined, or revoked at our discretion.

We may limit membership to specific roles, industries or profiles to maintain the quality and relevance of the network.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • ensuring your account information is accurate

  • keeping your login details secure

  • all activity under your account

You must not share your account access with others.

Use of the Platform

Sphere is designed to support professional discussion, connection and collaboration.

By using Sphere, you agree to:

  • act professionally and respectfully

  • contribute in good faith

  • respect the confidentiality of discussions

  • not misuse the platform for unsolicited selling or promotion

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where behaviour does not align with the purpose of the network.

Community Standards

Sphere is built on trust.

You must not:

  • share confidential information from other members without permission

  • engage in aggressive sales or unsolicited outreach

  • use the platform for spam or inappropriate content

  • behave in a way that could harm other members or the reputation of Sphere

We may suspend or terminate membership where these standards are not met.

Supplier Participation

Expert suppliers are invited to contribute to the community.

Suppliers must:

  • provide genuine expertise and support

  • avoid unsolicited selling

  • respect the community environment

Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the platform.

Membership Fees

Where applicable, membership is charged on a recurring basis.

By purchasing a membership, you agree that:

  • fees will be charged as described at the point of purchase

  • memberships renew automatically unless cancelled

  • you can manage or cancel your membership at any time via your account

No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on Sphere, including branding, design and materials, is owned by or licensed to us.

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to use, display and share it within the platform.

Availability of the Service

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, change or suspend parts of the platform from time to time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time if:

  • you breach these Terms

  • your behaviour does not align with the purpose of the network

  • we believe it is necessary to protect the community

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Sphere is provided as a professional community platform.

We are not responsible for:

  • decisions made based on discussions within the network

  • interactions between members

  • any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Privacy

Your use of Sphere is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sphere constitutes acceptance of any changes.
